About:
Dr. Kristin L. Goodwin was raised in Tyler, Texas. She attended Abilene Christian University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as a University Scholar. After completing all requirements during her third year of college, she received early acceptance into the Dental Early Admissions Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s Dental School. Dr. Goodwin graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the MU Nu Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the National Dental Honor Society). She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, San Angelo Dental District Society, and is involved in her local Spear Education Study Club. She is excited to be a part of a profession that creates lifelong relationships with patients, while meeting treatment goals. Dr. Goodwin’s desire for her patients is to have a relaxing dental experience while receiving the highest quality of dental care.
Dr. Goodwin is passionate about giving back, and enjoys volunteering in her own community, and working with dental missions locally and abroad. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, drawing, baking, and spending time with family.
